Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned tasks with high speed and accuracy, ensuring timely completion.
- Submit daily reports for handled activities as per the specified requirements.
- Be prepared to work night shifts from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
- Exhibit flexibility to work extended hours on weekdays and weekends during month-end or quarter-end closures.
- Take ownership of pending queries and open topics, ensuring rigorous follow-up and resolution.
- The role is based in Bangalore; candidates residing outside Bangalore must be willing to relocate.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any graduate, preferably with a degree in B.Com, BBM, or BBA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated teamwork capabilities and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Fast learner with strong analytical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of basic and advanced accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
