Key Responsibilities:
- Possess a strong foundation in software development engineering, with proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language such as Java, Python, etc.
- Experience working with various operating systems (e.g., Android, Linux) and databases (both relational and NoSQL).
- Collaborate with business users, architects, and other stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain scalable, loosely coupled, and efficient solutions that run seamlessly across platforms, mobile, internet, and cloud environments.
- Expertise in implementing Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines, following Agile methodologies.
- Experience working in any of the following domains: Mobile, Analytics, Cloud, and Digital technologies.
- Ability to design and implement solutions that can operate in on-premise, hybrid, and multi-cloud ecosystems, such as GCP, AWS, Azure, and Ali Cloud.
- Ability to leverage open-source development tools, benefiting from collective wisdom and learning.
- Strong understanding of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and applying secure coding standards and protocols.
- Skilled in utilizing industry best integration patterns and practices to seamlessly integrate multiple existing or new building blocks, ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
- Responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting current systems to improve efficiency and increase availability.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Engineering Graduate, expected to graduate in 2025.
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT (with or without additional specialization), CCE, AI/ML, AI/DS, Cybersecurity, or Cloud.
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Exhibit self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a proven ability to rapidly learn new concepts.
- Possess the aptitude and willingness to learn and understand products and services within the BFSI domain to develop a fintech mindset.
- Have a strong commercial focus, with sensitivity to business needs and a solution-oriented approach.
- Exhibit a high standard of written and oral communication, including strong presentation skills to support global development activities.
