Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and oversee procurement processes with precision, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and financial guidelines.
  • Collaborate with IT Managers to optimize purchasing workflows and support key business objectives.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices and quotes, process purchase orders, and manage the invoicing lifecycle.
  • Accurately track all orders and payments, ensuring timely execution and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
  • Lead contractual negotiations with vendors and actively participate in company-wide improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement effective negotiation strategies for procuring CAPEX equipment while maintaining real-time digital tracking systems.
