Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct primary and secondary market research to gather data on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Provide support for assigned tasks and assist the manager/mentor with day-to-day research activities.
- Perform desk research, compile and analyze data from project activities, and present findings in a well-structured report.
- Develop market research questionnaires and discussion guides under close supervision, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Pharma with an MBA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of consulting methods, tools, and techniques related to functional areas of expertise.
Preferred skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
