Key Responsibilities:
- Perform testing on various modules of the ServiceNow platform, including Change, Incident, Knowledge, Problem, CMDB, and Integrations, with 0-3 years of hands-on experience.
- Collaborate with customers to analyze technical requirements and perform platform testing.
- Maintain a functional understanding of business processes to support technical testing activities.
- Design and execute test cases across different ServiceNow modules and workflows (e.g., Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, IT Asset Management, CMDB).
- Develop and implement test planning and strategies to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Utilize test automation tools, including ATF (Automated Test Framework), and knowledge of other tools like Selenium and QTP is an added advantage.
- Provide management with regular updates on testing progress and promptly report any issues.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate constraints, risks, and dependencies effectively.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
