Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automation strategies to streamline processes across multiple departments.
- Develop metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of automation initiatives and provide progress reports to management.
- Plan, design, and conduct testing of implementations, identifying and correcting errors, and re-testing to ensure desired outcomes.
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to any required programming language.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to deploy and validate algorithms within existing products.
- Generate innovative ideas, approaches, and methodologies to address and solve problems effectively.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Strong programming and analytical skills; knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and logical problem-solving is essential.
- Proficiency in one or more analytical technologies such as MATLAB, C programming, Python (mandatory), JavaScript, Selenium for desktop automation, and MS SQL.
- Ability to debug and analyze existing code effectively.
- Understanding of trend analysis and its application to data interpretation.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with a willingness to share solutions and best practices across teams.
- Demonstrates a proactive, persistent, and customer-focused approach with high self-motivation and initiative.
- Capable of applying logical, analytical, and innovative thinking to solve a variety of technical challenges.
