Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth research and analysis of market trends, competition, customer behavior, and Revolut’s positioning to generate key insights that influence product roadmaps.
- Identify opportunities for new products and features to support Revolut’s continued hyper-growth.
- Enhance and automate existing business intelligence processes to improve efficiency across the company.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Expected to graduate in 2024 or 2025 with a minimum 2:1 degree from a top university.
- A GPA of at least 3.5/4 (US), 2.1 (UK), or 8/10 in other regions.
- Academic background in STEM or a quantitative-focused non-STEM field such as finance, economics, or business.
- At least 6 months of work experience (including internships) in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth tech company, preferably in the fintech sector.
- Availability to work full-time for 6 months immediately, with potential for a full-time position at Revolut upon successful completion of the internship.
- Legal working rights in the preferred country of employment (visa sponsorship not available).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues into smaller components.
- A passion for working with data, coupled with natural curiosity and a drive to make an impact.
- Interest in the financial industry.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, and/or R.
