Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Customer Service Representative, combining technical support expertise with problem-solving and exceptional customer service.
- Utilize strong people skills to deliver interactive solutions through chat, email, and MS Teams while providing concierge-level care to customers.
- Learn operational processes and workflows during the initial month and begin supporting one client in production.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
- Collaborate with back-office teams to manage and resolve escalations effectively.
- Work closely with senior team members to gain knowledge and insights, enhancing your professional skills.
- Interact with diverse individuals and address a variety of problems, expanding your experience and understanding of various job roles.

Eligibility Criteria:
- 0-1 year of experience in customer service or technical support roles.
- Flexibility to work in both voice and chat processes.
- Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.

- Proficiency in Windows 10 troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
