Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a partner to the business by supporting the execution of various Talent Acquisition (TA) initiatives.
- Actively participate in all stages of the recruitment process, including pre-selection, interviews, and offers.
- Post job positions on the company’s career site and other relevant specialty platforms.
- Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates and maintain continuous communication with potential candidates.
- Update and track applicant information in the applicant tracking system, ensuring timely follow-ups and status updates.
- Provide administrative support for the Talent Acquisition team, including handling various tasks and projects as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate a team-oriented attitude and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to consistently adhere to and follow documented procedures.
