Key Responsibilities:
- Support periodic quality control processes in alignment with the EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence) methodology.
- Mentor and assist new team members by sharing best practices to help them achieve their targets.
- Conduct strong secondary research to gather and analyze relevant information.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Analyze regulatory frameworks and corporate structures, including the breakdown of complex ownership hierarchies, documentation, and external research.
- Translate and summarize information from foreign languages into accurate and concise English.
- Identify and interpret negative news, leveraging experience with corporate registries.
- Utilize OFAC and negative news screening databases, such as LexisNexis, World Check, Dow Jones, and Google News, along with corporate registry platforms.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with excellent academic performance, preferably with a specialization in Accounting or Finance, from a reputable university.
- 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience preferred in areas such as KYC, AML, or EDD.
