Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Data Analysis: Perform in-depth data analysis using advanced tools and techniques to derive actionable insights that inform strategic marketing decisions.
  • Dashboard and Report Development: Create and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using Tableau or similar data visualization tools to track and analyze key marketing metrics and trends.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, IT, and other departmental teams to identify data requirements and deliver solutions that enhance marketing performance and customer experience.
  • Campaign Performance Monitoring: Leverage tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to track marketing campaign performance and provide optimization insights.
  • Customer Experience Optimization: Utilize Adobe Target to personalize and enhance customer interactions based on data-driven insights.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Perform thorough data cleaning, preprocessing, and validation to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability.
  • Predictive Modeling and Statistical Analysis: Apply advanced statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques to forecast trends and inform marketing strategies.
  • Industry Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for improving data analysis methodologies and marketing strategies.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SQL, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, GA4, and Excel for data analysis and visualization.
  • Analytical Expertise: Demonstrated experience in marketing-related data analysis with the ability to transform raw data into actionable strategic insights.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to present complex data findings clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and accuracy in data handling, processing, and analysis.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while effectively prioritizing tasks.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Advanced problem-solving capabilities, especially in addressing challenges related to marketing and website data.

Preferred Skills:

  • Statistical Analysis Expertise: Knowledge and experience in statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Educational Background: Advanced degree in data science, marketing, or a related field such as BE, BTech, ME, MTech, or MBA.
