Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract top talent for all service lines across EY GDS (India) by designing innovative strategies to target niche skills and talent.
  • Collaborate with senior sourcers and leads to define and implement sourcing plans for specific service lines based on requisitions received from the recruitment team.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of sourcing processes, recommend enhancements, and implement process improvements as needed.
  • Manage and promote the company’s brand image in the talent marketplace.
  • Oversee candidate management processes to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all applicants.
  • Utilize and work with various ERP tools to streamline and enhance sourcing operations.
  • Contribute to developing strategies for building and leveraging competitor intelligence.
  • Identify and assess the potential of new sourcing channels and opportunities to improve talent acquisition outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • A Graduate or Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a Diploma in Human Resources.
  • Freshers or 0 – 6 months of experience in sourcing or recruitment, with basic knowledge of the processes.
  • Proficiency in using various job portals and modern sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn.
