Key Responsibilities:
- Develop effective targeting, offers, and messaging strategies for the consumer MGM Channel using analytics.
- Collaborate with Channel Marketing, Product, Investment Optimization, and Customer teams to implement acquisition strategies that drive MGM channel growth.
- Ensure accurate and efficient channel planning while leveraging advanced analytics and data science to enhance MGM channel’s personalization initiatives.
- Operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on detail, excellent communication skills, and success in achieving results through cross-functional collaboration.
- Evaluate the business impact of various initiatives and analyze data to generate insights that guide strategy for continuous improvement.
- Innovate and improve processes to achieve better business results.
- Promote the use of data-driven decisions and data science to scale opportunities and refine channel strategies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in analytics or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or finance, complemented by a master’s degree or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to derive actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Hive, SQL, SAS, and Python.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills:
- Apply an analytical approach with strong technical expertise to address complex challenges.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen to understand and drive strategic objectives.
