Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Micron’s Business Units to ensure that solutions meet or exceed business requirements.
- Suggest, promote, and adhere to published standards to minimize environmental complexity and ensure regulatory and license compliance.
- Participate in travel opportunities to other Micron sites, technology conferences, and training sessions.
- Manage IT assets and coordinate with vendors for effective asset management.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, resolve escalations, and address business partner concerns promptly with a focus on collaboration and business priorities.
- Support and maintain internal infrastructure requirements, including laptop and desktop computers, servers, lab equipment, and testers.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to effectively manage identities and access privileges.
- Identify, design, and implement solutions for new and improved processes, providing clear insights into potential outcomes.
- Interact with the help desk and other technical teams to assist with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and providing technical support as needed.
- Develop and maintain continuous improvement plans for solution health and operational efficiency.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide support as required.
- Learn and utilize various utilities and tools for operations monitoring and alerting.
- Engage in knowledge transfer sessions to understand and adopt new solutions effectively.
- Maintain and update support documentation, including FAQs, knowledge articles, on-call guides, and run books.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresher or 0-1 years of experience in maintaining essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, laptops, desktops, software, hardware interacting with various Lab teams
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Ansible is an advantage.
