Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen customer relationships by handling general billing inquiries and verifying customer account information.
- Identify potential customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer needs are efficiently met.
- Develop problem-solving abilities by accessing customer databases, knowledge resources, and technical applications to identify root causes and solutions.
- Collaborate with client departments, such as test desk, field service, and dispatch, to manage escalations.
- Schedule technician visits when necessary to resolve customer issues.
- Enhance technical skills by attending job-related training, including new hire orientation, refresher sessions, product or service updates, and cross-training on products.
Eligibility Criteria:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Basic PC keyboarding skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience in providing direct technical support to clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong skills in problem diagnosis and problem-solving.
- Ability to multi-task effectively using multiple applications.
- Experience with CRM applications (preferred).
- Goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly.
For remote work, candidates must have:
- A 2.0 GHz dual-core processor or better.
- At least 2 GB RAM (some roles may require a minimum of 4 GB RAM).
- 10 GB of available hard drive space.
- Sound card capability.
- Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 operating system.
- Internet speeds of at least 1 Mbps upload and 15 Mbps download.
- Dual-ear headset designed to minimize outside audio interference, with a noise-canceling microphone.
