Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-performance software that meets business requirements.
- Address production issues, implement system improvements, and contribute to business projects.
- Actively participate in all Agile events, including sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Maintain and present project-related metrics and reports for management review.
- Serve as a technical lead, proposing solutions to the team.
- Lead initiatives focused on automation, defect metrics, and overall quality improvement.
- Coordinate effectively between teams across multiple locations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in batch and online development using the mainframe technology stack.
- Skilled in development, maintenance, and analysis of mainframe applications involving COBOL, DB2, VSAM, JCL, and File-Aid.
- Knowledgeable in Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) processes.
- Involved in and led quality improvement initiatives.
- Results-oriented with experience in automation and code quality enhancement.
- Strong communicator with the ability to effectively convey information and ideas.
- Capable of guiding team members to implement effective solutions.
