- Provide analytical insights by analyzing diverse data sources, including mining customer data, reviewing relevant cases/samples, and incorporating teammate feedback.
- Develop expertise in specialized areas by independently leading analytical projects, setting goals, estimating benefits, defining workflows, and coordinating timelines in advance.
- Communicate updates to leadership, peers, and stakeholders, effectively simplifying complex concepts and analysis results with a focus on actionable outcomes and business impact.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Collaborate with cross-border business partners and stakeholders to design analysis, testing, and measurement approaches that enhance understanding and resolution of emerging business issues.
- Create intelligent, scalable, and automated solutions by leveraging Data Science expertise.
- Partner with Technology teams to develop new capabilities, defining requirements and priorities based on data analysis and business insights.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Analytics, Data Science, or Business Administration.
- Over 1 year of professional experience in the Financial Services or Credit industry, with a focus on data-driven problem solving.
- Preferred experience in Collections and Digital Channels.
- High proficiency in SQL, with experience in Python, R, Unix, and Hadoop.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proactive, with a can-do attitude and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience working in a technology-focused environment.
