Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in application lifecycle management for software systems within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct user requirements analysis and work with the global IT team to implement and deliver IT solutions for manufacturing operations.
- Plan and coordinate user training, acceptance testing, and verification for new software to ensure high-quality releases into production.
- Perform software and hardware maintenance to ensure maximum uptime.
- Proactively monitor system performance to detect abnormalities and develop capabilities to prevent unscheduled downtimes.
- Support root cause analysis for critical incidents and continuously seek improvements; ensure all tickets are closed in a timely manner per the agreed SLA.
- Demonstrate the ability to work across multiple areas of software development and operational support, either as part of a team or independently.
- Possess strong programming skills, foundational knowledge in software engineering, and basic project management abilities.
