Key Responsibilities:
- Be a part of the Investment Banking Operations team in Hyderabad.
- Collaborate with teams to conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Take responsibility for appropriate exception escalation and coordinate the resolution process with relevant parties.
- Manage and take ownership of various stages of the trade lifecycle.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of all aspects of each event.
- Address queries promptly and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Proactively identify opportunities and take initiative to dive deep into challenging problems, identifying solutions and delivering results.
- Think creatively to propose new ideas and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and services.
- Respond to queries from key stakeholders in a timely manner.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing a university Degree
- Freshers with a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Preferred skills:
- Understanding of the full trade flow, from front to back.
- Basic knowledge of financial markets, products, and processes, or familiarity with the subjects covered in your academic curriculum.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Ability to identify root causes of issues and drive or implement necessary changes.
- A pragmatic “can-do” attitude.
- An innovative approach to solving day-to-day process challenges.
