Key Responsibilities:
- Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming requests for assistance via telephone, email, and chat from users experiencing issues with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies.
- Identify problems, conduct research, provide solutions, and follow up with customers as needed, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team.
- Log and track calls using a problem management database, maintaining history records and related documentation.
- Prepare standard statistical reports, such as help desk incident reports.
- Consult with programmers to explain software errors or recommend changes to improve programs.
- Test software and hardware to assess ease of use and determine if the product meets user needs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0-2 years of prior experience in a technical support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
- Prior experience with CRM systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage a heavy workload and multiple projects, with frequent interruptions and schedule changes.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
