Key Responsibilities:
- Learn, develop, troubleshoot, and debug design environments and workflows used in integrated circuit development.
- Provide support to a global design team, addressing Common CAD Setup issues, interfacing with foundries, and configuring Common CAD Setup for IP project environments and design workflows.
- Develop routines and utility programs to perform quality assurance on Common CAD Setup.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Hold a relevant degree in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronic Engineering, or VLSI.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of hardware integrated circuits.
- Possess user knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems.
- Proficient in at least one programming language.
- Skilled in scripting languages to automate processes.
- Have strong English communication skills.
- Eager to learn and explore new technologies, with demonstrated investigative and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to exercise sound judgment within established procedures to determine appropriate actions.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Python, TCL, or Shell scripting.
- Good understanding of the VLSI domain, including familiarity with DRC/LVS, extraction, simulation, and reliability analysis.
- Experience with EDA tools like Cadence and Custom Designer.
