Key Responsibilities:
- Collect essential intelligence and data monitored by the Transactions Department.
- Analyze and organize data using provided templates, preparing it for final delivery to clients.
- Review feedback on abstracts and tasks to minimize errors and contribute to the development of refined procedures and processes that improve accuracy.
- Stay informed about content sets and build industry knowledge to support career growth.
- Respond to data collection queries and requests from client departments in a timely manner, updating, maintaining, and running reports to generate useful audits.
- Offer input and ideas for new data collection methods and product improvements related to the data covered.
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise and provide meaningful feedback to colleagues to support collaboration.
- Maintain effective relationships with contacts in other departments to actively monitor information on the covered content sets, enhancing collaboration in this role.
Eligibility Criteria:
- BBA & MBA in Finance, BS and MS in Finance, M.Com, ACCA.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of transactions and fundamental financial concepts, including capital and bond markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, portfolio management, investment strategies, ventures, IPOs, and angel investing.
- Possess strong research and analytical skills.
- Exhibit articulate and fluent communication abilities.
- Perform effectively under tight deadlines.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail.
- Show a consistently positive work attitude.
Preferred skills:
