Key Responsibilities:
- Define business requirements for product capability development and commercialization as a Business Analyst.
- Analyze existing platform capabilities and establish globally consistent requirements, accounting for regional, country, and clearing-specific variations.
- Specify functional and non-functional requirements, including product features, operational needs, regulatory and compliance standards, user interface, client reporting, sanctions, resiliency, and scalability.
- Ensure requirements address current expectations and support scalability for future business model changes.
- Document comprehensive end-to-end process flows, covering customer interactions and operational interventions.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Technology teams to establish a globally consistent platform architecture.
- Conduct impact analysis for business initiatives to identify key business groups needing technical or operational process adjustments.
- Partner with the UAT team to define testing strategies and ensure thorough testing of all capabilities.
- Monitor the overall progress of initiatives and provide regular updates to Senior Management teams.
- Identify and address potential issues by working with relevant stakeholders.
- Drive operational readiness to support the implementation and migration of workflows and volumes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- In-depth knowledge of payments or prior experience in leading large-scale strategic projects.
- Strong skills in business analysis.
- Proficient in managing projects within an Agile framework.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to define and execute future-state business models.
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage and deliver competing priorities.
- High attention to detail with a logical thought process.
- Self-motivated and tenacious, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Experience in designing, delivering, and presenting content to executive-level audiences.
