Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute, monitor, and continuously enhance delivery management and service-related tasks, including report generation, database management, and data quality checks.
  • Act as an expert in NielsenIQ (NIQ) processes and methodologies, actively contributing to improving the quality and efficiency of deliverables.
  • Deliver databases and reports in alignment with customer contractual terms, meeting success criteria, tracking mechanisms, and collaboratively defining service elements within the Joint Business Plan.
  • Manage the triaging of customer queries and requests (related to data, reports, and issue resolution) across markets and customer categories, tracking actions to enhance processes as required.
  • Collaborate with NielsenIQ teams for customer setup and maintenance on coding and database tasks.
  • Implement process automation using tools such as R, Python, and Excel Macros, while exploring AI/ML integration possibilities.
  • Partner with Customer Service teams in assigned markets to ensure adherence to Job Aids and Process Design guidelines.
  • Maintain Performance KPIs to enhance quality (timely delivery and data accuracy) and uphold work discipline.
  • Work effectively in a hybrid physical-virtual, multicultural environment, liaising with both stakeholders and colleagues.

Key Attributes:

  • Successfully manage a portfolio of 5 to 10 customers and/or one NIQ market, focusing on report and database management.
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports and databases, while standardizing and automating deliverables for consistency.
  • Act as the first point of contact for designated customers (via CSO/MSD), identifying, investigating, and coordinating data resolutions, process improvements, or product-related inquiries, ensuring an efficient customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering.
  • Preferred experience with R, Python, AI/ML, or Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
  • Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for data and operational processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work well within a team.
  • Project management skills, including critical path analysis, task sequencing, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in English, with strong writing and verbal communication skills.

Preferred skills:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
  • Skilled in translating technical details across different customer contexts.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain network relationships in a multicultural environment.
  • Effective troubleshooting skills, with the ability to influence outcomes.
