Key Responsibilities:
- Possess advanced MS Excel skills, including proficiency in data manipulation and analysis.
- Demonstrate expertise in generating dashboards and performing data analysis.
- Provide accurate and timely Management Information System (MIS) reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Manage assigned tasks efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
- Analyze data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Have experience in BI reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau, along with proficiency in VBA/Macro coding.
- Display strong analytical skills, attention to detail, a positive professional attitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Possess knowledge of Workforce Management (WFM) activities and their role within an organization.
- Be proficient in WFM calculations and logic.
- Report deviations, analyze Plan vs. Actual performance, and understand their implications.
