Key Responsibilities:
- The Associate Analyst is responsible for configuring and testing the Wipro Proprietary Total Benefit Administration (TBA) System to align with client requirements.
- Configuration involves using proprietary systems and tools to set up and adjust tables and parameters in the TBA System as specified by the analysis.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E / B. Tech / MCA (Only 2024 Graduates eligible)
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), SAS, and Mainframe principles/concepts.
- Proficiency in writing simple and complex SQL queries.
- Ability to write intermediate-level SQL queries.
- Familiarity with principles of automation testing, with some exposure considered desirable.
- Knowledge of system testing and best practices in software quality assurance methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components and understand the relationships between them.
- Ability to apply basic relational database concepts such as table relationships, keys, SQL, and DB2 queries.
Communication and Excellence:
- Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills.
- Ability to share information clearly and concisely, both in writing and speaking.
- Strong understanding of organizational goals and objectives.
- Takes ownership and responsibility for assigned work.
