Key Responsibilities:
- The role is based in the BSv organization.
- Leverage expert knowledge in Process Invoicing to participate in or lead efforts to achieve service levels and key measurement targets for the team.
- Deliver high-quality, cost-effective services that drive compelling business outcomes.
- Ensure the delivery of customer-focused and compliant services through the adoption of frictionless finance, practices, processes, technologies, and methodologies, driving innovation and process improvements.
- Manage the contract on a daily basis, overseeing operations and finance, and resolving complex operational issues while ensuring operations are run within budget.
- Build and develop the team, leveraging domain expertise to handle more complex transactions and deliver outputs across invoice processing activities.
- Manage the effective use of resources in service delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Preferred Skills:
- Entry to mid-junior level experience in a Finance Administration role.
- Strong team player with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Capable of taking initiative while working under regular supervision.
- Understands when to seek guidance or escalate issues.
- Supports experienced finance specialists by assisting with progress reporting, task management, and documentation of finance activities.
