Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer configuration issues and respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, adhering to all processes and agreed-upon standards.
- Ensure customers have a positive experience with Atlassian Cloud products.
- Understand customer use cases, perform troubleshooting, and develop and implement workarounds for product bugs.
- Contribute to product knowledge by creating and updating Knowledge Base articles and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to keep case management content current.
- Work in the 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST shift.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Over 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or support role.
- Understanding of operating systems, databases, networking concepts, and cloud computing.
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of SQL, networking, Linux, Java web servers, or cloud technologies is an added advantage.
- Customer-centric mindset with adaptability, curiosity, resilience, quick learning ability, growth mindset, and a solution-oriented approach aligned with Atlassian’s core values.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills to effectively support customers in high-stress or ambiguous situations.
- High aptitude for learning new technologies and applying them in a customer-facing environment.
- Logical problem-solving approach with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working collaboratively with teams across multiple locations is an added advantage.
- Flexibility to work a fixed shift that includes rotational weekend coverage to meet customer needs.
- Ability to pivot focus to a dedicated support channel (e.g., chat) as needed to support customers effectively.
