Key Responsibilities:
Range Planning
- Map products to brands within the category.
- Plan the product range effectively to meet category goals.
- Conduct planning and forecasting to maximize profitability.
- Forecast trends and implement sales plans.
- Perform financial analysis, including sales, margin, discount, and inventory-related metrics.
- Conduct option planning and Open-to-Buy (OTB) analysis with the central planning team.
Inventory Management
- Plan and manage inventory flow for the entire category.
Team Management
- Lead a team comprising designers, factory operations staff, and sourcing specialists.
Vendor Management
- Oversee vendor management and build a robust vendor network.
- Map vendors to specific products.
- Develop networks for fabric sourcing, printing, and vendor relations.
Supply Chain
- Establish processes to ensure production from concept to delivery within a 30-day timeframe.
Collaborative Partnership
- Liaise with all brands for effective partnership.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive category growth.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficient in MS Excel and skilled in data analysis.
- Familiar with marketplace operations and brand management.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics with sound business judgment.
- Effective negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain networking relationships.
- Comfortable working with numbers, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
