Key Responsibilities:
- Capture customer needs by creating business documents and defining technical requirements.
- Provide advice to customers on product capabilities and methodologies, leveraging reusable solutions where possible.
- Design comprehensive and integrated high-level solutions that align with customers’ business needs, operational requirements, and budget constraints.
- Lead or participate in formal and informal reviews with key stakeholders, sharing expertise and offering technical insights and support.
- Communicate the specifics and impact of new solutions on business processes to both business and IT teams of the customer.
- Ensure customers fully understand the solution by addressing all questions and open action items.
- Guide customers through the scoping phase within specific domains, up to and including sign-off (e.g., COP process for various customer types, EPC lead for product models and designs).
- Prepare solution-related documentation and specifications, configure solutions, and develop, execute, and maintain precise test plans as needed.
- Provide support for resolving any issues related to configuration or implementation, as they arise.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering & Management with a focus on Information Systems.
Preferred skills:
- Proven customer-facing experience with the ability to effectively communicate Amdocs solutions through presentations, demos, and other methods.
- Broad knowledge of relevant products and end-to-end (E2E) business processes.
- Familiarity with IT industry standards and Amdocs business processes.
- Strong technical understanding and aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong personal connections.
