Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the quality of CDM data integration deliverables (e.g., File Transfer Specification, Data Transfer Agreement, Data Mapping) to ensure the delivery of accurate and reliable clinical study data.
  • Assist in study data integration for data flow implementation with external providers and internal stakeholders, including specification, implementation, and testing of data from Central Labs, eCOA, IRT, connected devices, telemedicine, HR, and mobile healthcare sources.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Clinical Data Manager, Global Study Manager, Study Medical Manager, Statistician, Quality) and external providers to manage timelines and support clinical data integration for studies.
  • Proactively identify and assist in resolving data integration issues during study conduct, monitoring them until resolved.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and participate in transformation initiatives.
  • Support analysis of new customer requirements and assist in developing technical solution strategies.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a life sciences or mathematics-related field (e.g., Pharmaceutical, Medical, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar technical disciplines).
  • Experience: Background in clinical data management with knowledge of external data integration and mapping.
  • Soft and Technical Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CDM regulations, including ICH E6 and E8.
  • Possesses a risk-based mindset, focusing on Quality by Design (QbD) and prioritizing critical elements.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges; demonstrates critical thinking and applies objective, pragmatic methods to solve complex, multi-dimensional problems with effective and timely solutions.
  • Knowledge of CDISC standards and terminologies in Clinical Data Standards, data transfer, and data mapping using digital tools. Proactively anticipates and addresses delivery risks, bottlenecks, issues, and delays.
  • Understanding of advanced drug development concepts, including Decentralized Clinical Trials (DCT), Master & Adaptive Protocols, and eSource. Proficiency in programming languages (SAS, R, or Python) and AI-based automation is advantageous.
  • Languages: Strong verbal and written English skills, with the ability to communicate fluently in a global setting.
