Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex application problems, mitigate the impact of issues, define and review workarounds, and identify long-term problem resolutions.
- Collaborate with application development, content teams, and software/hardware support teams to resolve issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and correlation of high-complexity system and application problems.
- Build integrations with the TR employee AI platform and other applications, using REST API calls and workflows (e.g., syncing data fields from Active Directory to ServiceNow and enabling Azure AD connect for attribute synchronization between AD and Azure).
- Run scheduled jobs and workflows for data parsing, manipulation, and workflow triggering (e.g., fetching daily approval records and sending reminders using APIs).
- Write scripts to trigger REST APIs based on bot actions or other events (e.g., configuring business rules to close subtasks when the bot comments on a ticket, and creating custom REST APIs for password resets).
- Develop workflows triggered by forms or events (e.g., provisioning server workflows and automating employee verification letter requests).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with orchestration and automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, large language models (LLMs), and AI chatbots.
- Intermediate proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, Bash, or other languages commonly used in automation.
- Experience in managing complex IT projects involving multiple teams, vendors, and technologies.
