Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations on front-end applications, which include capturing relevant information and applying fix tools.
- Shadow end users and test workflows both internally and externally to ensure functionality.
- Utilize backend techniques, including capturing log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers as needed.
- Document notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the investigation lifecycle.
- Prioritize work based on severity to effectively balance client and business needs.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to ensure issues are addressed by the appropriate individuals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A minimum of 0-2 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
Preferred skills:
- 0-2 years of experience in application support, client/customer support, incident management, problem management, and change management.
- Knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language).
- Availability to work the shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with collaborators across different regions globally.
