Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clear understanding of customer and stakeholder needs to deliver appropriate and fit-for-purpose solutions for complex issues.
  • Support the unit leader by allocating work, ensuring processes are followed, and assisting in the development of business continuity plans.
  • Authorize and investigate transactions in alignment with defined KPIs.
  • Provide specialist support by monitoring and sharing management information (MI).
  • Collect and analyze relevant information from customers and businesses to inform decision-making.
  • Review processes and identify areas for enhancement to improve the customer experience.
