Key Responsibilities:
- Basic knowledge of computer software and hardware.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Technologies such as Outlook 2016, Office 365, Office 2016, and experience troubleshooting hybrid environments (On-Prem and Exchange Online).
- Knowledge of Active Directory, including tasks such as password resets, account management, and mailbox/DL management.
- Experience working with Microsoft Teams, OneNote, and OneDrive for Business, with additional knowledge of Windows Azure functionality for Mobile Device Management being an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Skype for Business technologies, including setting up Skype meetings (ad-hoc or planned).
- Expertise in performance optimization of Windows laptops, including reconfiguration, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Up-to-date knowledge of smartphone operating systems (Android and iOS), including email synchronization on PDAs, and troubleshooting hotspots.
- Ability to provide technical resolutions or troubleshooting for laptops, printers, multi-function devices (MFDs), and other hardware peripherals.
- Strong knowledge of networking and internet connectivity issues for desktop and portable systems.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts in a 24/7 schedule, including split shifts, split week-offs, and weekends.
- Flexibility to support customers across multiple time zones.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and resolve incidents and service requests related to application software or hardware issues.
- Document all incidents and support requests in a CRM tool, ensuring tickets are closed or escalated as needed.
- Stay informed about ongoing issues/outages and environmental changes communicated via email and other channels.
- Create a positive customer support experience and build strong relationships by understanding problems deeply and maintaining a professional attitude.
- Self-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from delivering excellent customer service.
- Quick learner and team player.
