Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Travel & Expense (T&E) inquiries from SAP employees.
- Proactively interact with travelers to resolve issues related to T&E travel planning and reimbursement.
- Serve as the single point of contact for the T&E Audit team and internal SAP employees on T&E-related matters.
- Be willing to handle calls and chats when necessary.
- Drive process improvements and implement changes to enhance T&E procedures.
- Monitor internal quality and ensure completeness of T&E reporting.
- Collaborate with the GFS T&E Audit team to ensure adherence to standard T&E procedures.
- Educate SAP travelers about T&E tools, policies, and procedures by organizing and conducting informational sessions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Advanced English proficiency (minimum upper-intermediate); knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Finance graduate.
- Strong customer orientation with excellent customer care skills and a proactive approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, with strong analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
- Results-driven with the ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
