Key Responsibilities:
- Source, recruit, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for various job levels.
- Coordinate with employment agencies as needed.
- Place employment advertisements in digital and print media.
- Maintain accurate and concise records of recruitment activities.
- Prepare reports on all phases of the recruitment process, including EEO statistics.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
