Key Responsibilities:
- Possess strong knowledge of accounting (US GAAP), reconciliations, policy awareness, and a control-focused mindset.
- Demonstrate high proficiency in MS-Office applications, Oracle Applications, Essbase, TM1, and other AXP systems.
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to address queries, manage large datasets, perform trend and variance analysis, and generate meaningful insights.
- Exhibit strong communication, relationship management, and collaboration skills while working closely with stakeholders in Controllership, Business Finance, Audit, and Control groups.
- Show high motivation and self-initiative, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, along with effective presentation skills.
- Possess problem-solving abilities and the capacity to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Capable of designing, implementing, managing, and streamlining complex processes.
- Exhibit extensive experience in Control and Compliance requirements.
- Possess project management experience, including the ability to handle and manage large projects.
- Demonstrated experience in managing ambiguous situations and initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A professional finance qualification, such as CA or CPA, is preferred, or a degree in Finance/Accounts.
