Key Responsibilities:
- Develop insights that enable business and operations teams to make strategic decisions impacting the company’s top or bottom line.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to understand their data needs and partner with them to develop data-driven solutions.
- Work with large datasets, utilizing various tools and technologies to extract and transform data for analysis.
- Translate data into actionable business information, making it readily accessible to stakeholders globally.
- Leverage data to support ideas, drive actionable outcomes, and present information in a clear and easily consumable format.
- Analyze root causes, trends, and patterns to understand their impact on the business.
- Draw inferences and conclusions, creating dashboards and visualizations from processed data.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven ability to define requirements and use data and metrics to derive business insights.
- Proficiency in SQL or ETL processes.
- Hands-on experience working with Excel.
- 1+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
Preferred skills:
- Experience working with large datasets.
- Familiarity with Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, or any related quantitative field
