Key Responsibilities for HR Ops Admin:
- Implement employee surveys and questionnaires, assisting HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in analyzing results and creating action plans.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to onboard and hire associates based on business forecasts.
- Partner with business leaders and support functions to foster a motivated and engaged workforce.
- Implement new policies, procedures, and programs to support business objectives.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances, partnering with HRBPs to conduct investigations as needed.
- Provide MIS support for attrition analysis by reviewing exit interviews, identifying trends, highlighting key insights, and preparing dashboards.
- Lead engagement initiatives such as the new hire buddy/mentoring program, Voice of Employee, roundtables, brown bag sessions, and rewards and recognition (R&R) programs.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to drive career pathing initiatives and support the Learning & Development (L&D) team in conducting training needs assessments across all employee levels.
- Conduct regular vendor audits to ensure labor compliance.
- Ensure statutory compliance across all HR processes and policies.
Key Responsibilities for Associate Recruiter:
- Source and screen candidates based on the skills required for the job.
- Support the execution of recruiting plans to meet hiring needs while maintaining key candidate information as required.
- Manage all aspects of candidate administration, including maintaining and updating applicant records, sharing job descriptions, and ensuring current positions are accurately posted across all recruiting systems and job boards.
- Build and maintain an active candidate pool to effectively meet future hiring targets.
- Plan and coordinate events, assessments, and interviews for the hiring process.
- Review applications to assess whether candidates meet the position requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- At least 6 months of experience in human resources.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
Preferred skills:
- More than 1 year of experience in human resources.
- Over 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office products and applications.
