Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on applications and manage quality attestations for production release sign-off.
- Responsible for conducting functional, non-functional, and regression testing activities for projects.
- Design and develop detailed test scenarios based on functional and non-functional requirements.
- Utilize expertise in Java, Selenium, or other test frameworks to design, develop, and maintain automated test suites.
- Identify, document, and track defects clearly and concisely.
- Follow the Agile methodology to manage sprint tasks using Azure DevOps (ADO), including sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives.
- Analyze production incidents to identify action items for QA and development teams to enhance production stability.
- Provide feedback to improve product quality and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes.
- Communicate testing metrics, progress, schedules, and issues that may impact delivery effectively.
- Troubleshoot application, environment, or data-related issues.
