Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality reports for auditors with a solid understanding of ERPs (SAP, JDE, Oracle, Concur, etc.).
- Understand business processes and potential risk scenarios.
- Conceptualize appropriate logic to analyze potential risk scenarios effectively.
- Clearly understand requirements and adapt to learning new data sources and technologies as needed.
- Meet tight deadlines and ensure quality delivery of reports for auditors.
- Build strong client relationships and maintain a client-focused approach.
- Review results to identify false positives based on business understanding.
- Act as a self-starter, eager to solve business problems using experience and skills.
- Possess strong communication skills with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Work on long-term projects when assigned.
- Understand key business processes (Accounts Payable, Revenue, Fixed Assets, Inventory, MJEs) from an analytics perspective.
- Familiarity with ERPs (SAP, JDE, Oracle, Concur, etc.) is essential.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Postgraduates such as MCom, MSc (IT), MBA (IT), or BE.
- Bachelors in pharmacy / technology
- Bachelors in science
- Experience in Audit, Business, or Financial Analytics (Non-banking) is required.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as ACL, QlikView/Tableau, SQL, or Alteryx (should have experience in at least 2 or more).
- Additional skills in VBA, Power BI, PowerPoint, and GRC Solutions are advantageous.
- Familiarity with IDEA and GRC Solutions.
- Hands-on experience in data analytics.
