Key Responsibilities:
- Review client requirements documents and preliminary test plans, ensuring adherence to due dates and supporting client delivery priorities.
- Ask clarifying questions to fully understand the stated requirements and make effective use of handoff time.
- Utilize problem-solving resources as needed to address challenges.
- Escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Use typical client requirements documentation to assist with analysis and/or test planning.
- Identify and define the necessary test cases for successful testing.
- Complete test plans, ensuring all required test cases are covered.
- Configure the system to meet the analysis specifications.
- Document relevant system configurations within the analysis specifications.
- Fix issues identified during test execution to ensure functionality.
- Conduct stress testing to assess system performance under high load.

- Ability to apply basic relational database concepts (e.g., table relationships, keys, SQL, and DB2 queries).
- Experience with systems implementations.
- Proficient in writing intermediate SQL queries.
- Skilled in troubleshooting intermediate system defects and errors.
- Effectively manage tasks, prioritize, and proactively update status to managers.
- Ability to link test plans to real-time customer impact.
- Capable of thinking beyond the test plan and identifying additional test cases.
- Strong aptitude for testing, with a keen ability to break the system through testing.
- Good understanding of data analysis.
- Analyze and debug issues.
- Utilize relevant problem-solving resources as needed.
