Key Responsibilities:
- Work with large, complex data sets to address business challenges, applying advanced analytical methods as needed.
- Monitor and forecast key business metrics on a regular basis.
- Conduct regular reviews of key performance metrics, aiding in the identification of opportunities for improvement.
- Identify the most relevant metrics to track progress against specific business objectives.
- Design, run, and measure experiments to test business hypotheses.
- Expedite root cause analysis and insight generation for recurring use cases through automation and self-serve platforms.
- Develop compelling business insights, focusing on aligning with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with Business, Product, and Data Engineering teams to continuously improve data accuracy through feedback and enhancement of instrumentation quality and completeness.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with data manipulation tools such as SQL, R, Python, and Excel.
- Familiarity with BI platforms such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Knowledge of basic statistical measurement frameworks, including measures of central tendency, dispersion, distribution, and significance testing.
- Basic understanding of machine learning techniques, such as Regression and Classification.

- Creative and structured thinking to solve real-world problems.

- Comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
