Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with application teams and source systems across various business areas to strategically source data.
- Conduct data analysis and present findings in a clear and user-friendly manner.
- Manage, associate, and analyze large and complex datasets from multiple sources to identify potential issues or gaps in business controls.
- Interact with subject matter experts to identify and analyze data elements, report findings, and recommend approaches to enhance CT&A coverage.
- Proactively generate and innovate ideas using data analytics techniques.
- Actively support business strategy, plans, and values, contributing to the development of a high-performance culture.
- Take ownership of career development by seeking continuous learning opportunities to enhance personal capabilities and improve performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
Preferred skills:
- Experience in interacting with subject matter experts to identify and analyze data elements, report findings or conclusions, and suggest approaches to enhance CT&A coverage.
- Strong understanding of structured and unstructured data, Data Visualization, Data Management, Data Quality Assurance, and Data Logic.
- Familiarity with compliance laws, regulations, risks, typologies, and the measurement/analytics of such elements.
- Proficiency in Big Data technologies, Python, SAS, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and VBA is required.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and analytics is an added advantage.
- Experience in Control Testing & Assurance or Internal/External Audit/Surveillance is a plus.
- Strong team player with proven ability to influence and collaborate with peers and business leaders.
- Ability to evaluate, interpret, and draw logical fact-based conclusions from information.
