Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Client Service experience within the Global Transaction Banking Operations team, ensuring service excellence as we build, launch, and deliver a suite of Transaction Banking products for Corporate Clients.
- Focus on service, control, and solutions while supporting the rollout of new and enhanced functionality for our offerings.
- Assist in establishing, developing, monitoring, and managing the global Service functions to deliver the expanding suite of Transaction Banking Services.
- Understand and support FX Payment Flows and liquidity sourcing, crucial for delivering our Global Payment offering to clients, while implementing best practices for efficient international payment movement and related processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, strategic partners, and clients to manage various inquiries related to payments, accounts, account management, client onboarding, issue resolution, payment repairs, funding flows, and FX unwinds.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in servicing functions related to Transaction Banking, Payment Processing, or FX Middle Office.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in key principles of client support and risk management.
- Good understanding of either the FX business, including FX Payments, International Payment Servicing, or Transaction Banking Account Management.
- Proven experience in delivering client service excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a control-oriented mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
