Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end execution on simple projects or Proof of Concept (POC) assignments, while assisting with more complex analyses and strategies as part of the learning curve.
- Execute assigned projects and analyses with accuracy and quality, adhering to agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with multiple customers or functions on various projects simultaneously, ensuring timely, efficient, and effective delivery.
- Independently resolve queries and issues related to assigned projects.
- Develop an understanding of the business and product landscape across all business units.
- Acquire knowledge of processes and support the implementation of process efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable organizational policies, business standards, and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university, with a focus on marketing, finance, economics, or quantitative fields such as statistics or engineering.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience with statistical tools like R, Matlab, SAS, or Python is expected.
- Strong ability to understand complex problems, analyze data, and develop practical solution frameworks.
