Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements and processes into technical specifications, and vice versa.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to support their development.
- Follow standardized processes for requirements definition, analysis, design, construction, and testing.
- Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models and chatbots.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis to fine-tune models and retrain systems when necessary.
- Utilize libraries and frameworks such as LangChain for AI development.
- Document processes to ensure reproducibility and maintainability of solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster team growth.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a constantly changing environment.
- Proven experience in the software development life cycle, covering project initiation through support, including development, testing, and validation processes.
- Hands-on experience with Azure GenAI.
- Strong understanding and practical experience in advanced machine learning algorithms, deep learning, statistics, and large language models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with LLMs such as OpenAI and Llama2.
- Proficient in frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex used for building Generative AI solutions.
- Proficiency in Python (intermediate level), along with Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, model deployment, feature engineering, and data pre-processing.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and GitHub.
- Hands-on experience in building chatbots using available models.
- Exposure to AWS cloud services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, etc.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in Pharmaceutical IT would be a plus.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams for task completion.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn modern technologies.
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and self-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to evaluate, facilitate, and drive risk-based decision-making.
- Proven team player, capable of working in dynamic environments with changing priorities and compressed deadlines.
- Experience with deep learning and MLOps frameworks like MLflow or Kubeflow (preferred).
- Exposure to both AWS and Azure cloud platforms (preferred).
