Key Responsibilities:
- Support engagement leadership by developing and proposing business strategies through comprehensive research and analysis.
- Design and develop business cases for new opportunity assessments to enable objective decision-making.
- Create detailed design elements for the future state operating model, focusing on organization, processes, and technology.
- Develop an end-to-end technology blueprint and associated implementation roadmap for the proposed operating model.
- Assist clients with technology implementation, adoption, transition, and knowledge transfer.
- Conduct operating model maturity assessments and plan for the evolution of technology.
- Perform gap analysis and apply optimization frameworks to drive continuous improvement within the client organization.
- Define mechanisms and approaches for innovation strategy development, deployment roadmaps, and future-fit technology enablement.
