Key Responsibilities:
- Own, investigate, and resolve customer technical issues by collaborating within and across teams, utilizing troubleshooting tools and best practices.
- Lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles, sharing knowledge where appropriate.
- Continuously develop technical and professional skills through training and readiness programs to enhance issue resolution capabilities.
- Identify potential product defects and escalate appropriately to contribute to product and process improvements at Microsoft.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or a related field with 1+ years of experience in technical support, technical consulting, or information technology.
- OR 3+ years of experience in technical support, technical consulting, or information technology.
- OR equivalent relevant experience.
